Five Weekend Care of the Elderly Certificate Course, University of Toronto, ON

The Five Weekend Care of the Elderly Certificate Course is aimed at primary care practitioners who want to develop their own clinical skills or function as resources in their group practices.

This program meets the accreditation criteria of The College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been accredited for up to 25 Mainpro-C credits and 25 Mainpro-M1 Credits.
